Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and offer replacements or refunds in the following cases: • The product is defective, damaged, or has a printing error • The wrong product or size was delivered • The product does not match the product description We do NOT accept returns for: • Change of mind after purchase • Customized/personalized products where the design was approved • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

1. Contact us at support@magicprint.in within 7 days of receiving your order 2. Include your Order ID and clear photographs of the defective/incorrect item 3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours 4. If approved, we will arrange a free pickup or ask you to ship the item back 5. Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Once your return is approved and we have received the item: • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days • The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account) • For COD orders, the refund will be transferred via NEFT to a bank account you provide

The following items are non-returnable: • Fully customized products where the buyer approved the design proof • Clearance and sale items marked as "Final Sale" • Items purchased as part of a promotional bundle (unless the entire bundle is returned) • Digital products or design files

For B2B bulk orders: • Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery • We allow returns of up to 5% of the order quantity for quality issues • Please review a physical sample before approving large print runs
