By accessing or using the MagicPrint website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Upload or submit content that infringes any intellectual property rights • Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or illegal • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise • Payment is processed at the time of order placement via Razorpay • We do not store your payment card details • For custom or personalised products, orders are confirmed once payment is received and the design is approved If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

When you submit a custom design for printing, you represent and warrant that: • You own or have the legal right to use all elements of the design • The design does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights • The design does not contain illegal, offensive, or defamatory content MagicPrint reserves the right to decline orders containing content that violates these conditions. You retain ownership of your original design; by submitting it, you grant MagicPrint a limited licence to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. MagicPrint is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for information on damaged or lost shipments.

All content on the MagicPrint website — including logos, product images, design templates, and text — is the property of MagicPrint or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any MagicPrint content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MagicPrint and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
